Main Service

The Production Team at GTM is a group of highly motivated, committed, and enthusiastic servants who value excellence and one another. We strive to create a worship service environment that is comfortable and inviting, and we pray that God uses our efforts to help create a “wow factor” that will lead many to Christ and life change. If that sounds exciting and if you’re willing to learn, stretch yourself, and try some new things, please consider serving alongside us. We have both technical and nontechnical positions, and no prior experience is necessary.

Grace Transformation Online – Our online worship environment

To provide an alternative worship environment for the churched and an engaging first step for the unchurched

Ministry for Preschool

Primary Mission:

To make a first impression of the heavenly Father in such a way it makes a lasting impression on the heart of a child.

Students: K-5th Grade: Our ministry for elementary-aged children

Primary Mission:

To guide children to put their faith in Jesus and to teach them who God is and how he wants them to live.

KidStuff – Our foyer environment for elementary-aged children and their parents

To effectively inspire and equip parents in the spiritual development of their children by applying the Big Idea at home.

Students: 6th-8th Grade – Our ministry for middle school students

To effectively inspire and equip middle school students to develop a faith of their own.

Students: 9th-12th Grade – Our ministry for high school students

To effectively inspire and equip high school students to develop a faith of their own.

College Students:

To create environments where college students are lead into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ through worship, teaching, and community groups. We will focus on the local Universities in our communities.

GroupLife – Our small group ministry for adults

To create small group environments where people connect relationally and grow spiritually.

Starting Point – Our small group ministry for unchurched and unbelieving adults

To create a conversational environment where people can explore faith and experience community.

Singles – Our ministry for single adults

Primary Mission:

To lead single adults into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ

Married Life – Our ministry for married adults

Primary Mission:

To help married couples experience the individual growth necessary for healthy marriages

Care Network – Our pastoral care ministry

Primary Mission:

To help people grow as individuals and to provide assistance in times of need

Serve in the Local Community

Volunteers give of their time and the ministry gives money to show generosity toward those in our local community.

Serve in our Country and in the World

We will check in to this after 1 year of Ministry. We plan to identify and partner with international organizations to send teams of people from our church to help meet the physical and spiritual needs of at-risk families and children in other countries and disasters in our own country.

Motivational Gift Discovery: Service Assimilation

To Assist Volunteers and Staff in determining where they may best fit in the ministry and working together with other gifted individuals.

Baptism

Baptism is an act of our obedience to Christ. While it is not necessary for salvation, it demonstrates submission to God and the decision to follow Christ.

We plan to Video the testimony of those who desire to be baptized and play the video during Sunday Morning Baptism.
